There are many words in the language that belong to the textile landscape.
Words that speak of the actions of hands and the meaning of the material.
Concepts that smells and feels.
The textiles are so common in our lives that we do not even register
the intimate presence of a foreign material so close to our bodies.
The works in the exhibition consist of discarded bottom sheets.
An everyday object we are repeatedly confronted with.
Sleeping, resting, tormenting, dreaming, sweating, loving, correcting and tangling us in.
It follows us through life, sharing countless hours.
